By accessing or using Rezuma ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

Rezuma provides an AI-powered resume building platform that includes:

• Resume creation and customization tools
• AI-powered resume tailoring based on job descriptions
• Cover letter generation
• ATS compatibility checking
• Interview preparation tools

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Pricing and Payments

Rezuma offers one-time purchase plans. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.

Refund Policy

No refunds, all sales are final.

We offer a 1 Free Resume to every user to try out the service before purchasing a plan. This is our way of ensuring you're happy with the service before you commit to a paid plan.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rezuma and its licensors.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all resumes, cover letters, and other content you create using Rezuma. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

Your Resumes: Your resumes will remain on our servers for up to 6 months after your plan expires. After that, it will be deleted unless you purchase another plan.

Your Profile: Your profile will remain on our servers for up to 1 year after your plan expires. After that, it will be deleted unless you purchase another plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create fraudulent or misleading resumes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

AI-Generated Content

Rezuma uses artificial intelligence to assist in creating resumes and cover letters. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is a starting point and should be reviewed
• You are responsible for verifying accuracy of all content
• Final responsibility for your resume content rests with you

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rezuma makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• Job placement or interview success
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated suggestions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezuma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
